This “Advance Course”. 

Allows you the student the benefits of actual "Hands On" strike training. It will sharpen your skills needed to build that "Muscle Memory" to be confident and will assist you the purpose, to build confidence.

The principles of CQD are simple to learn. They rely on kinetics and physics and have a basis in various martial arts disciplines. And they work. Although you do not need to have Martial Arts experience to attend these courses.

Course Objective:

The idea of striking an adversary seems to be a simple matter. They attack you, and you throw a punch in reply. This is an oversimplification of effective technique, however.

Complete a series of "Hands On" defensive skills.

That was reviewed in the CQD101 seminar.

The following you will apply these striking techniques in this course which include:

• Palm Jab
• Palm Hook Punch
• Cross Punch
• Palm Uppercut
• Eye Gouge
• Shin Kicks (from various positions)
• Knee to Groin
• Foot Stomp (from various positions)

CQD101 is the Prerequisite course.

Class Duration 4-5 hours depending on class size.

This course is "Hands On" where you the student practice "Striking" on the Instructor!

You will receive an ACCWFT certificate of Completion.
